My name is Alex Hartley, and I am an American expat living in Malmö, Sweden. I have extensive experience in video game graphics and design, and 2D and 3D art.

Kedlin Company, Kedlin Screening International

For the past few years I have began working full time as an independent contractor for this tiny startup and we have made games and enterprise products.

For two and a half years I worked with an incredibly talented group of people at this small, but very well regarded game development studio where I helped to create several games for Apple platforms.

Kedlin Company

    During this period I was working part time at a small design firm named Color Monkey while I also designed and co-created two iPhone games with a tiny startup called Kedlin Company. One of those games, Airport Scanner, went on to become the #1 free app in the US app store for a while.

I spent a couple of years as one half of a small games company and we developed a few games of our own and did some consulting.


Atod AB, Warthog Sweden, Gizmondo Studios Helsingborg, Eidos Studios Helsingborg.

I got my start at a small game studio in Helsingborg, Sweden called Atod AB. This studio worked primarily on racing games, and would change name and ownership several times. I spend the first 8 years of my career there.
